"Take Ten" is a platform created by Mary Wilhelmina Hodges to encourage people of all ages to "take ten" 3-6 times per day to get the recommended 30-60 minutes of physical activity per day.  Taking ten helps lower blood pressure and improve focus.  Join me and "Take Ten" for better overall health and wellness.

 Meet the Founder

   Mary Wilhelmina Hodges is Miss Georgia's Outstanding Teen 2019.  She was crowned in June at the annual pageant and went on to represent Georgia at the national competition in Orlando in July.  Through her participation at the local, state and national competition she has earned over $300,000 in cash and in kind scholarships.  She participates in a variety of community service events, and supports Children's Miracle Network Hospitals as both a volunteer and fundraiser. She is active in drama, FFA, BETA Club, Skills USA, Student Council and the Principal’s Advisory Council at her high school.  Mary Wilhelmina promotes her platform "Take Ten" which encourages people to get the daily recommended 30 to 60 minutes of exercise by taking 10 minute exercise breaks through out the day.  As a brand ambassador for the American Heart Association, she promotes the organization’s many programs and initiatives.  Mary Wilhelmina believes exercise is the miracle drug that leads to a healthy mind, body and spirit.
